Fancy Pilates

Step is a the most brilliant teacher, exceptionally knowledgeable, fun and her classes always introduce you to something new.She keeps constantly updated from world renowned mentors and cares about each member of every class and adapts to all our strengths and weakness.I have done Pilates for over 25 years and she is simply the best teacher I have ever had. Not only are her classes great exercise but they have also helped me to rehabilitate my shoulder and knee.

I have been attending Steph's pilates classes for about 10 years and always enjoy the sessions. She explains the moves very clearly and each session has different exercises. I would thoroughly recommend Steph - whether you are a beginner at pilates or someone with experience.

I've been a Faversham class attendee at Fancy Pilates for 4 years now and really like the pace, interesting mix of visualisation and postures that Stephanie directs us in. Having said that, each move is differentiated well and she has a big smile and persuasive style, so that all abilities and ages are catered for. This is a stimulating and fun hour mentally, but physically is way better than letting my body 'go' and then eventually have to resort to physiotherapy as I get into my fifties and beyond. I know for sure that my core strength, flexibility and suppleness have improved as a result of going along to her classes just once a week.

I absolutely love my classes with Steph, I feel so much more flexible, stretched and toned, she’s the best in Whitstable, and I’ve tried a few!I quantify life as BS and AS, Before Steph and After Steph, and I don’t know what I’d do without her now….

Stephanie is the best Pilates teacher I have ever had. Her classes are well organised, inclusive, good value for money and she offers really sound advice to ensure you have the best experience. From the first class I ever did with Stephanie I felt relaxed and more confident then I have with previous classes. I have some mobility issues and Stephanie is really mindful of this offering fabulous support. if you are looking for an instructor who can tailor a group class to your individual needs then I can’t recommend Stephanie highly enough. She is, simply the best!

I've been going to Stephanie's Pilates class for 15 years. She is head and shoulders above any teacher of exercise that I've had. She motivates, encourages and explains so her classes are always pure joy.

My favourite Pilates class I’ve been to. Steph is so lovely and knowledgeable and really cares about everyone she sees. She even helped my dad with severe back pain she took it very gently with him and was very patient and showed him the first steps for him to start strengthening his back. Couldn’t recommend enough!
