Marek was great, he had good ideas about what to do with our stairs (bannisters and storage) and built exactly what we wanted round our consumer unit. He responded in good time and they turned up to carry out the work when he said they would. They were very clean and tidy and made sure we were happy with their work. Great service, all round!

Banister & Handrail removal and re-installation - Fantastic Job Completed!We had an issue that our new sofa could not be moved into the living room due to the banister being slightly in the way. I googled for carpenters in Bristol and found Mark (Carpentry & Joinery Service Ltd) and was impress with the reviews he had received and took a look at his website.I sent an email advising my dilemma that I required the banister and handrail removed so that I could fit my sofa into the living room. Once complete, then have the banister and handrail reinstalled afterwards. I was reassured when I received a confident response that Mark could do this work and provided me a quote and date to carry out the job.On the day Mark turned up promptly & I found him to be a very friendly, knowledgeable and professional person. I was surprised at how quick he completed the work and to a high standard.I have no hesitation recommending his services in the future to friends or call him if I need any further carpentry work completed. Brilliant built in wardrobe and a great new loft ladder. The boys always responded quickly, turned up when they said they were going to and were clean and tidy. Excellent workmanship as well. I would highly recommend them.

We have boiler in small front porch and it realy did not look great as pipes was everywhere. We call Marek if he have got any ideas how to hide it all. He came up with amazing ideas of fitted wardrobe with storage for all our shoes. Marek has previously build our garden shed as well and is extremely sturdy not like the one from shop. Sorting out furniture for a 4bed house in 2 days was a big task which you did it perfectly. The flooring is absolutely beautiful too. Could not recommend Marek more highly, incredibly skilled, reliable and really easy to work with. Marek has done a number of things in our house including building wardrobes, alcove storage units, raised flower beds and refreshing out kitchen, all of which have been excellent quality. Marek did a wonderful job making us some bench seating in our kitchen. He was quick, tidy, and reasonable. He adapted the design to include a wine rack that we had already. Marek is highly recommended.
