Been there with my wife today! Best experience and Phil knew exactly what he was doing, being a medical professional ,I will have to say I was very impressed with his thorough professionalism and knowledge !! A+++++++Runner experienced or inexperienced or just want right trainers and looking to prevent injuries this is where I would like to buy my gear!! Parking facilities and very friendly team.

I visited Running Form today, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mary, one of the staff members, went above and beyond to assist me with a gait analysis. Her expertise and wealth of information about running mechanics were truly impressive.Not only was Mary incredibly knowledgeable, but she was also patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. Her insights into my running gait helped me find the perfect pair of running shoes tailored to my specific needs.What truly stood out, however, was the friendliness and hospitality of the entire staff. My partner and daughter joined me on this visit, and we were all warmly welcomed. The staff went out of their way to make my family feel comfortable and included in the shopping experience, which was greatly appreciated.I can't thank Mary and the rest of the team enough for their exceptional service and expertise. It's rare to find a running shop where you not only get the right gear but also feel like a valued customer. Best running shop in the Midlands! Phil and his colleague (I’m sorry I’ve forgotten her name but equally helpful) went out of their way this afternoon to find me a shoe that would suit my narrow feet and my changed needs since knee surgery. They are very knowledgeable and will do all they can to help without being pushy. Wide variety of stock and they carry some brands that can be harder to source.

I went to running form after struggling with pain in my knee and the arches of my feet whilst training for a half marathon. The reason for the pains was because I haven’t been measured since having children. They kitted me out with new shoes (socks and sunglasses too!) and I haven’t felt pain since. I always go to running form. They really take the time to make sure you find the shoe that’s right for you. I have never had any issues with the shoes when I’ve bought them. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Amazing little shop ! Service was next level, felt extremely valued and like nothing was too much! Must have tried about 20 different pairs of trainers on and never did I feel rushed into a sale or anything like that. I can well imagine you get good service in the shop but not if one buys onlineIn the beginning of the year during the Lockdown I bought a pair of Asics running shoes online, costing £120. After trying them on and wearing them in the house a bit, I decided they did not have the absorption required. Running Form supposed to have 30 or 40 day return policy.I sent them back to Running Form and the owner accused me of running in them outside, I said I had not but he insisted I had. He informed me he could never resell them, which I disputed. He sent me some super enlarged photos that revealed every spec. I later enlarged some photos of brand new shoes and got almost the same visual view. This was on a Friday and I rang on the Saturday, and I spoke to spoke an assistant about it, and I remembered while talking to him that I had run outside in the rain to alert a delivery man that I was at home. Being I am an honest guy I thought this would create understanding. I informed the assisstant I would talk to the owner on Monday.I spoke to the owner on Monday and he was totally uncooperative and and not only would he offer a return, he tried to get me to pay for postage to return them. Anyway eventually he returned them.I got the feeling because it was lockdown he wanted to hold on to every sale he could. I also got the feeling that he was I am right and everyone else is wrong type of guy.I have since showed the shoes to a few runners, and they all said they look like new. I have also asked them if they received them from an online shop would you accept them as new. They all mentioned yes.I have inserted the photos of the shoes below as proof of the good condition they were in.Considering the reply below. The shoes as shown have not been worn but tried for fit.The shoes were returned free after insistence from myself. At no point did I mention wearing them outside except when by accident I ran out to collect a parcel. On their website they mention it is ok to try them in the house. How can one check the fit if one cannot try them in the house, especially with an online purchase

I visited Running Form on Saturday and they couldn't have been more helpful. From start to finish they were brilliant, I tried on 6 pairs of trainers and was fitted with the perfect pair based on my running technique. I am running the London Marathon in April and they were so helpful in sharing tips and advice for the race, nutrition, recovery - everything! The best running shop around, I highly recommend and will be returning!

After having a bad experience with another running shop, I came to this one and was amazed by the amount of help I received. I had one-on-one help for what must have been over an hour, analysing every aspect of my running and trying all the shoes on the treadmill so I could get a real feel for them. Haven't had service like it for as long as I can remember, well above and beyond. Am very grateful and would recommend to anyone.

I came to RF for a gait analysis after starting to run a couple of 10km and hoping to run further I thought I should probably know what was the right shoe, the man who helped me was so Incredibly helpful, I tried on so many different types of shoe and after each watched on the screen how I was running compared to an initial neutral shoe. Would definitely recommend going in and having this done if you're unsure about shoes
