Had key cut couple of days ago. It would not work in the lock when I tried it in the lock. Took it back today person in Timpsons listened explain what the problem may be and cut another key.No argument no moaning just good polite service. Arrived home tried the key and it worked without any problem.Thanks Timpsons at Tiverton.

After three attempts at my Crockett and Jones shoes they arrived back from the main Timpsons repair centre. The soles had been redone and at last to a reasonable standard. However the damage to the leather uppers has not been repaired. It appears I will have to repair these via a Cobblers. You would think after 114yrs experience with shoes they wouldn't have caused the damage in the first place. Beware if you have quality shoes this may well happen to you

Went in for a full leather sole, was told they could have it ready for the next day! Shoes looked like new when I got them back. Fast, polite service and a top quality job, highly recommended!
