Parfitt Podiatry

I would highly recommend an appointment with Parfitt Podiatry. My partner has had painful feet for years, and when he had the appointment with Patsy, felt so comfortable speaking to her about his history of foot pain. It was an incredibly comprehensive consultation with great orthotics made that fit perfectly. All in all a very friendly environment - my partner has since got the confidence he needed to get back into running! Thanks so much Patsy.

Rating as very poor not because of the treatment (Nigel was very professional and helful), but because of the service. I was charged £20 extra for thr treatment that was cut short because I was 3 minutes late for my appointment. Because I let the clinic know that I am running late, I was told Nigel took the patient who was booked after me, that's why my appointment started 15 mins late. Fair enough! But then my appointment ended 15 minutes earlier because the patient who was booked after me had to be seen. I still wonder if it is the same patient who was seen during my apponment, and how I ended up being charged £20 more for a shorter treatment, when effectively 2 people were seen during my allocated slot. I tried to reason with the clinic and was offered 20 mins free treatment. I appreciated the gesture but declined the offer as I found the service appalling and unethical.
