USA Carwash Ballymena

The staff did a good job on valeting my car but did not start the job soon enough to ensure my car seat covers were dry and placed back on the car. Very poor organisation. More importantly is the fact that they did not return my rubber floor mats but instead replaced them with fabric ones! Won’t be using USA car wash again as they are thieves and have no sense of personal accountability .

In the past when the Lithuanian guys run this place it was the best car wash , now after they sell it , it the worst car was.... Avoid.

Gone up quite a lot in price,I considered my car small, but was charged for medium size.Service o.k. but will consider looking elsewhere.Nothing changed since last visit, have now a fully stamped card so will use it, and check research for other.

Fabulous job - they are slow but that is because they are also thorough. Plus it was Sunday afternoon when I visited and they were swamped with customers. Next time I’ll go during the week. Mini valet is £12 and my car is like new. Well worth the time spent (about an hour) and you can always do some shopping while you wait.

Pushed through fast as possible lots of missed parts and when I pointed it out told to go elsewhere. Unlike other car washes in the area they don’t clean door sills or rims Avoid

This is the first time using USA Car wash. I asked for a valet and was told by the guy there. No valets, dont clean seats apparently. Even though. It is listed on their price board. Bad communication I was in line of cars after getting nowhere fast I rolled up my window and they started washing, not knowing what I was actually getting. At the end I released I got a wash and dry. £8 for my ford fiesta. Decent price good wash. Only partically dried . Staff were pleasant. But it was NOT what u asked for. Had to then drive to another carwaah place to get my interior done. Definitely would not recommend

I get my car washed in the USA Ballymena frequently and every time I go there, I find the staff rude.They make no effort to be friendly whatsoever it's like being on a confer belt, it's how quick they can get you out!The prices of their car wash have gone up but the service has deteriorated terribly, my car was still dirty around the wheel trims and grooves around the exhaust area, when I pointed this out the attitude was dreadful, plus when they are drying the car they normally open the doors and dry around them, I had to ask for this to be done and again the girl was very unpleasant, this is normally parts of the service!I do understand that due to covid they may want customers to step out of their cars but this was never suggested, it's a way of cutting corners.I also noticed they only ever employ people from their own country, please remember the Ballymena people are supporting your business and a little bit of manners are easily carried, a friendly smile and attention to detail needs to be improved big time.Remember if your charging for a service you need to provide it.USA Ballymena USE to provide a good service but it's dreadful now.
