I’ve had a very pleasant experience buying a car from here, the service was tremendous; professional and personal and they couldn’t do enough to ensure the car was right for me. Stephen was excellent and made the process very easy and stress free. When it comes time to trade in again I will be back!

picked up our new MG HS yesterday from Mark Watkins on sales, so far very impressed by this car. It cost a lot less than the equivalent competition brands but drives and looks like it should be worth a lot more. Mark and the team were great at every turn from walking in to driving out. I would like to say a big thanks to all the staff at Clarks of Stourbridge for the help I received during the purchase of my car from them. In particular to Tim Adams and Clive. From the outset they were both friendly and helpful. I was left to look over the car with no pressure or ‘sales pitch’ but with Tim available just inside the door should I have any questions (well it was freezing outside).As was said by a previous customer there was plenty of banter and laughs and I left on that first occasion with the feeling I was leaving a couple of mates.Tim was my point of contact after that, although if he wasn’t available whoever I spoke to was always more than willing to help or pass on message.Tim’s communication was excellent and he always contacted me at the agreed time and he was able to answer all my queries, if not at the time, then he would get the information and phone me back.He let me know in advance if he wasn’t going to be available and even changed his day off to be there when I eventually collected the car.With so many advertised cars being sold online it’s a much better experience to deal with someone face to face who appears to genuinely care that you are buying the car that is right for you.If you want a pleasurable buying experience with friendly faces, great communication and service second to none, I would highly recommend you take time to visit Clarks of Stourbridge.Once again Thank You Tim, it’s been a pleasure mate.

I found the car I wanted on Autotrader and rang Clarks of Stourbridge, speaking to Clive. He was friendly, professional and extremely helpful, talking me through the vehicle without the expected hard sell" - I paid a holding deposit and arranged to travel up for a test drive. Clive wasn't available for the test drive but Andy took me out. Once again Andy was really friendly

Ordered a car and left a £500 deposit.. unfortunately they couldn’t source one that fitted our criteria.. which was ok, didn’t want to wait 12+ weeks so cancelled and found one somewhere else.. well 9 days on and our deposit still hasn’t been refunded despite numerous requests and promises.. how many times do I need to ask ??let’s get this straight.. Clark’s of Stourbridge.. this isn’t your money, you have no right to keep it from us.. you’re acting like dodgy 2nd hand car salesmen.. this is a deposit.. and we’re legally entitled to it back.. not for you to try and keep it to ‘punish’ us for not waiting 12 weeks for a car you can’t provide.. you should be ashamed of yourselves.. now going to contact the bank and get them to refund us and let them chase it as it was paid on card.. I’m guessing they’ll have more luck than us.. really disappointed..( posted with a different account )

We recently bought a Skoda Fabia from Clarks and Tim dealt with us. His customer service is first class, he made us welcome and never once pushed for the sale of the car. He was knowledgeable and answered questions that we had. He is an asset to Clarks, friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone wanting to buy a car.

Once you've bought the car they have absolutely no interest in keeping you happy. I was promised a spare key and a new microphone for my car as it was faulty. This was over 2 months ago now, I've called them 4 or 5 times now since buying the car and Steve and Andy have taken my number and have said they'll get back to me, they can never give me an answer on the phone, they probably never will!

Bought a Kia back in June, only just got it sorted out after a few trips to the Kia dealer. Fortunately the problems were covered by Kia's warranty, but I didn't know that, and contacting Clarks via email and through their website resulted in radio silence. I had popped into the dealership to mention the problems, and they suggested taking it to the dealer because of the warranty, but I wanted written confirmation that Clarks would cover the repairs if Kia wouldn't. I heard nothing back. The car was serviced" before collection

Quick review of the service i received from Tim (the salesman who sold me my new car) and the staff at Clarks of Stourbridge.* Found my car online and was contacted by Tim very quickly to arrange a deposit and secure a pick-up date.* The car was made ready and serviced by the day i actually did pick it up.* Car was in 'showroom' condition and ready to roll once the paperwork had been sorted (a simple and pain-free process).* Tim went through the controls and driving tips with me before i left the garage (as i had not driven an EV until then).* I received a follow-up courtesy call from Tim after a few days to see how i was getting on with my new car (I love it!).* Overall, Tim and the team at Clarks of Stourbridge provide an exceptional, professional service and go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy with your purchase.* 100% recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used car!P s. My dad was in the motor trade for 50 years, so i was brought up in and around garages/dealerships. He would have been very impressed with the way Clarks is run!P.p.s.
