Got to Toolstation at 5 to 5, needed a part for the compressor that we bought from them a couple of days previous. Sol was just getting ready to close up to start his lovely Easter weekend. Most companies would’ve ignored me at the door and said that there would be not enough time to sort out my issues he opened up and we managed to resolve the bit I needed. He was in no rush to try and get me out the door and asked if there was anything else I needed to make excellent service very happy to help and I will always recommend Toolstation Kenley I was up, would also like to say sorry for keeping him behind a little bit

So slow!Don’t bother ordering in advance if you are in a hurry. They never have anyone on the click and collect desk and actually told me to queue with everyone else when I went and stood where I assumed I should to pick up stuff I had already ordered. The queue was ridiculous as the staff slowly stroll back and forth collecting items at a snails pace as the queue goes out the door with builders and tradesmen (no offence) ordering 50+ items one at a time at the counter. Took me nearly 30 mins to pick up 5 items that I had ordered in advance

Had a great experience with Dean when my car broke down outside Toolstation, my 6 yr old was also with me he offered cups of tea and use of the toilet whilst we were waiting for the AA and when they couldn't fix it suggested we move it to a safer place and pushed my car to that space.Its service like this that sets these guys on another level against the likes of screwfix, the staff are always helpful and like to chat it really is a pleasure dealing with them.One very happy customer - well done Dean!

Very handy and convenient. They have an extensive range of building supplies and most of the time in stock. You can check online before popping down. Staff are helpful and friendly and will give you the time to answer your questions. Parking is not an issue, plenty of space.

Dean is amazing. he basically put together a wheelbarrow for me while attending customers cause I couldnt take it in the box. is not the first time he goes the extra mile to help. I couldnt be happier thank you very much!

Excellent customer service from Eddie at the Kenley Branch. Some cables were incorrectly labelled from the manufacturer but he went above & beyond to make sure I left with the correct item.
