A great platform, however, I wish time wasting were banned by the platform. Highly qualified tutors won’t feel encouraged to remain on here at affordable fees if one paid hour translates into days and weeks of futile emailing, repeatedly, patiently explaining basics once a potential student is accepted. Excellent tutors need decent conditions. This said, the platform is very good and easy to use.

I found First Tutors great when my daughter needed a little help with maths. It was easy to find a tutor in our area and also First Tutors was very responsive to the specific area of tuition needed. Her tutor was kind, patient and very engaged in each session. He gave her the confidence to tackle and problem solve on her own. She achieved higher grades as an outcome so I am very pleased with the service and tutor.
