Hausman & Holmes have been using Laptopa since 2004 and have always found them to be reliable and competent, always resolving any issues we have, fast. In the past couple of years Laptopa started to resolve our PC repair issues remotely and this has been great for all the staff and has saved us time by getting PCs working again faster. Laptopa provide our company (Rothwell Douglas Ltd) with an excellent service. They are incredibly efficient and respond almost instantly to any problems or queries we have. They have helped us recover a huge amount of lost data and ensure that we are constantly updated with the latest software. No problem is too big or too small and our office has been made to feel very comfortable in approaching them with any technical difficulty that arises. I came across Laptopa about ten years ago after accidentally spilling a glass of wine into my laptop which held the only copy of a very important set of accounts. They arrived at my place and took the laptop apart before my eyes, cleaned it internally and diagnosed the issues as well as recovering the information from the hard drive. Later that afternoon with a new hard drive installed and backed up I was back in business.Over the years they have always diagnosed issues promptly and effectively at a reasonable cost, be it hardware, software, PC or Mac.I have now moved out of London but I still use them as the remote support service is excellent.
