I'm so happy with the guys in that brunch.They suggested the best possible wood for my Acustuc panels,cut them to size and delivered them on time.I'd not go anywhere anymore with regards to timber merchants but them.Garra

Really helpful, friendly and professional. Cutting service is better than any other, especially the big DIY stores. Timber is competitively priced if not the cheapest but it's gone up everywhere. Will always come here from now on.Only issue is parking which they can't control - all the roads nearby are permit holders only 12pm-2pm Mon-Fri at least, so don't go then.

Needed sheet of plywood of specific size that would fit into car and form part of new flat roof. Ordered online and promptly received quote together with warning that their saw does not work and it would need to be sent in from another branch. Had a laugh about timber yard with no working saw but the last laugh was on me. Accepted their quote, paid online, collected plywood and then got around to fixing roof only to find plywood supplied was not obviously but disastrously too small. Received no reply to request for resupply of correct size. Clearly if you buy anything here, you need to measure it before you leave - wish I had.

Would give more stars if we could! Fantastic customer service from start to finish (which may I add was under 2hrs from calling and placing our order to collection - wow!) Joe who took our order and who we met on collection was friendly, super helpful and approachable. For a couple of inexperienced DIYers we felt really looked after and wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Being local we will make sure this is our go to from now on! Thanks guys!

These guys are really good. They have just made me some oak mouldings which match the originals perfectly. Ben managed the order from start to finish which was complicated as it was all managed via email and phone calls. Great customers service from Ben when I collected, a nice guy who knows his stuff.

What a gem of a find. Phoned up customer services and within minutes had collected my order which was absolutely great. Forget the big DIY names as half of them didn’t cut the wood and half didn’t know if they had any 12mm ply. Fabulous service and very helpful, knowledgeable and cheery staff. Very reasonably priced too. I recommend that you contact this company first. Thanks guy for helping me today.
