Julie was a wonderful support for my mother and the rest of the family at this very difficult time. Julie was professional and showed her knowledgeable experience – with great understanding, empathy and being utterly helpful to all our needs. She was ready to take on anything she could to make it easier for us – in fact doing some things beyond the call of duty. Her son, Lewis, was equally professional and it showed the great teamwork they have - which is just what you need at this time. I am hoping it’s many, many years till we need their services again, but when that day comes we know we couldn’t do it without Julie Sullivan Funeral Services.

We were looked after by Lewis who was most helpful from the initial contact right through to the internment. Lewis was always available to answer any questions or queries that we had, replied to any emails very quickly and was just a pleasure to deal with. Julie, Lewis and Luke were without doubt the best anyone could wish for when laying a loved one to rest. From the very first meeting my Mum had with Julie, right to the final day the service we had was impeccable. Julie supported and guided us through the whole process, nothing was too much trouble and the whole team went to great lengths to keep us informed of everything that was happening - and that was going to happen. They all treated my Father with the greatest respect and dignity, taking the stress and worry from our shoulders. Absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. Julie coped with all our requests, including the use of a 12 piece jazz band and a ‘New Orleans’ type parade through the streets of Stow-on-the-Wold! Nothing was too much trouble - even after the bill was paid. The sign of a true professional.
