Having had a poor experience with another agent, I cannot recommend Ben Siggins enough! Our main agent was Amy and from her first visit she made us feel reassured that we were now with the right agent! She knew so much about our estate and house (more than we did) and gave us her personal attention at all times, something that was archaic with the previous agent!

It was our first time to rent a house in the UK. We have expected that will take us a lot of time and effort finding the right estate agent and house that will suits our needs. I have recently just purchased my first home. I initially viewed the house with a well presented jasmine. She answered all of my questions and when I was ready she submitted my offer. Once it was accepted it was taken over by Amy and she was brilliant from start to finish assisting me with my first purchase. I also spoke to a few other of the staff at Ben siggings maidstone and they were as helpful as the rest. Great experience and I will definitely use in the future.

This was our 2nd time using Ben Siggins and I’d highly recommend them. Big firms just want your money, smaller ones have a much more hands on approach. Our circumstances were slightly different and required confidence in the estate agent as we were emigrating before the sale completed. They were awesome throughout and I can’t recommend them enough.

We did not have an easy ride with our conveyancer and Amy helped us all the way through and kept our minds at ease even when she was finding them as stressful as we were.
