I wanted to get new phone I was asked personal question and wanted bank statements, absolutely disgusting been with 3 four 10 years, will be leaving three.

Isn't proper 5G in Barnstable it's still using 4G, that's why the 5G speeds ain't that good, from the telephone mask we are using {NSA} it still needs the 4G to work for the 5g, please update the telephone mask 3network to {SA) ostandalone SA, network type,Give us customers the true 5G experience,Don't be tricked into the 5G broadband contract before they start offering proper 5G

Had a great experience in the Barnstaple shop today. Leah and her colleague went above and beyond to help today. Signed up to 2 new contracts and saved money. Very pleasant experience. Keep it up ladies, and thank you for all the time you took to sort everything for my brother and I.

Been a PAYG customer for a number of years , they put call rate up from 2p to 10p per min . but did not bother to tell me . They have now text me to say it's going up to 35p per min.and that I can leave if I want to and claim a refund of unused credit by the 17th July . Well I have now left them and have tried to claim back my unused credit ( over £6 ) .They have said I can't have my credit refund because my account is now closed and that the text they sent me said I should claim my refund at the same time I asked for my PAC code . The text did not say that it only said refunds should be claimed by 17 July . This is a very dishonest company steer clear . Customer service is a joke .

So helpful and Patient with an old lady like myself. I honestly can't recommend them enough. They helped me choose a phone that would suit me. Helped me get it up and working and even showed me how to do loads of new things on here I never knew you could before. This is my first ever review, now I know how to use my smartphone.

Nice friendly staff, always glad to take my money lol. They explain everything clearly and aren't rushed. That's why I keep renewing my contracts there. I guess they're just great at good old customer service.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, and even if the store is busy they make sure you feel welcome while you wait. The product knowledge I got from one of their iPhone specialists was exceptionally useful in aiding my choice of device. I’ve been with 3 now for 4 years and can’t imagine needing to switch any time soon. Thanks.
