We purchased a replacement hot tub from Happy Hot Tubs just a few months ago and were completely delighted with the service from start to finish. We recently had our service done and the gentleman who came (James?) was just great and did a fab job cleaning and and answering and questions I had. Just a brilliant service from everyone.! I’ve had my tub for over 1 year now and still go to Luke for advice and my tub products. He’s always brilliantly helpful and a really caring salesman. Had a first class deal from him and would highly recommend the Hot Springs Tubs excellent bit of kit, you won’t go wrong by visiting Luke and Mark for a hot tub.

Mark made us very welcome and helped us all the way through ordering to delivery of our new hot tub. He came out and checked over the delivery route and made sure we was happy with everything.On the day of delivery they contacted us with estimates time of arrival.They arrived on time and checked where it was going and got stuck in. Within a matter of half hour the hot tub was in place and being filled up with water.Once filled they went through how to use it and test the water.Would recommend this company as very professional.

What a lovely experience I have had with dealing with Mark and Luke at Happy Hot Tubs in Mappleborough Green. I came to them as a complete novice regarding water care in my newly installed Endless Pool but was given so much help and advice, initially over the phone and subsequently face to face at the showroom. If you take a sample of water to them they will analyse it and advise on the best way to treat it. I have now set up an O Care package as I wanted to keep the chlorine levels to a minimum. It is a welcome change to get personal service like this, in this day and age.

Just had our hot tub for a little over a month now, and it’s fantastic. A few complications with delivery and access (no fault of happy hot tubs). They went over, above and beyond to quickly rectify our access issue. From Luke in the show room, to the delivery guys and customer services.Fantastic services, no question is a silly question, and they continue to support us in after sales. Fantastic company and great product quality. Would highly recommend!

We are very happy with the whole experience of purchasing our new hot tub. Luke and Mark in the Birmingham showroom were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The hot tub arrived on time and installed within a few hours, again the installation guys worked hard and very professional. The Azure premiere hot tub works well and is perfect for our needs. It's much more efficient than expected with average daily running costs of £1.70 (@ £0.29/kw), using it for over an hour every day. So a big thank you to all at Happy Hot Tubs Birmingham.

Excellent service, went in to get some flooring for my newly acquired Lay Z Spa - exactly what I was looking for and has made the placement of the tub look much more permanent and comfortable to get around both wet and dry.Chatted to the very knowledgeable guy (sorry can't remember your name) and I do feel that I will be investing in a full size (installed) tub in the near future and will defiantly speak to these guys!Made my daughters day by giving her a Happy Hot Tub's" duck free - she won't in the tub now without it."

We’ve had our hot tub 7 weeks and I can honestly say the whole experience from the moment we walked into the showroom just to gather some information right through to after sales was 5star treatment. We were first I try to Luke ,who answer every question we had and filled us with confidence that if we were to buy a hot tub the company would always be there for any advice no matter how silly the question may be . We were not pressured in any way to buy .The next week we went back and placed our order , 2weeks later we had a site inspection to see which pathway would be appropriate to get the tub into position . On the 8th June our hot tub arrived on a very warm day by 2 lovely gentlemen who treated our property with respect and got the tub up and running and went through some guidelines with us .I have been back to the store since with some questions and spoke to Mark who once again made our experience of owning a hot tub a delight , answering our questions and making us feel at ease also this may sound silly to some but like we were part of a family all out to help one another .I would definitely recommend Happy Hot Tubs and we are really enjoying our tub thanks to Mark & Luke

I can't fault Happy Hot Tubs at all. From the warm welcome we got when we met with Luke at the B'ham South branch, arranging delivery and discussing details of the site and electrics, the actual delivery and set-up, through to aftercare support and advice on the most suitable cover protector etc., the customer service has been absolutely amazing.We did our research and met with a number of different top branded hot tub sales people but Luke was the most knowledgeable and straightforward person to deal with.Huge THANK YOU, I highly recommend you and your firm.
