Kathryn is a very professional lady she was very kind and took the time to understand my requirement did not rush through explaining the process and what she would require to make plans and put the planning application forward. Kathryn designed our rear single storey extension and submitted our application for the certificate of lawfulness. Kathryn provided lots of knowledge on the legalities of permitted development, and designed several different options on the layout for our open plan area to allow us to decide on the best option for us. Kathryn is really professional and attentive and understood our brief for a rear extension to include kitchen, utility room and downstairs toilet. She was very patient and understanding. She created a great set of technical drawings with various options and has been very diligent at the planning stage.
