Run to the Hills" WORST solicitors I have ever come across. JUST TAKERS...justifying every fee alive. If I could give minus 100 as a rating I would. The Only Solicitors in the country that when you are Selling a house they CHARGE YOU the Buyers transactions Fees. Currently reported to the Legal Councils

Terrible solicitors. Almost 2 years to sort out my Mum's will and transfer of property from my Dad to myself. Complained several time but staff kept changing and information wasn't passed on. Eventually told the I would be looking elsewhere. Was offered compensation but the stress of the whole experience just wasn't worth it. If you want a very long drawn out and expensive case on your hands this is the firm for you. Go elsewhere if you want results within a reasonable time frame

All I can say is outstanding, professional and helpful. From the minute I spoke to reception for an enquiry to a meeting the next following day was greeted with warm, friendly service and clear advice from all at the firm! Well done and earn’t a long outstanding service

Hi .... We found LB Oswestry to be most unhelpful regarding a new simple back to back will for ourselves ........ we recently popped into their reception to enquire and were told that someone would get back to us shortly but nobody ever did so we popped in again a few weeks ago and asked for a price or indication of costs etc and were told that we would need to arrange a meeting to discuss this .... sensing they were not being totally up front or transparent with us i queried further and was only then told that this first meeting to find out costs would also be chargeable !!! .... To make sure we were not mistaken i later sent an Email to query further and they responded that they were too busy and we should go elsewhere etc ....... so they want to charge you just in order to tell you how much they want to charge you !!!!! ...... Crazy !!! and does not fit with their flashy website and brochure ..... and feels like a bit bit of a rip off to us.
