The staff are so friendly and helpful which is really important to me. The food is always served nice and hot and always meets with my expectations. I love the fact that the Inkwell is doggy friendly and blankets and biscuits available.

Had no problem booking the table. Food was really nice as always and the staff are always so lovely and helpful. We come here quite a lot for food and drinks with family and it’s always a good experience :). Always look forward to booking again

It is a lovely place to have a meal .we had a Christmas menu meal here with a large group of us attending. The meal was outstanding , all of the staff were lovely ,friendly and helpful, we were not rushed as well, plenty of time between courses. Reasonably priced . The ink well had a lovely relaxed atmosphere as well. We will go again as a couple. we liked it so much. I would obviously recommend the ink well to anybody.

With a large group we arrived on time. The bar staff (Chloe) was very pleasant. We settled and staff checked our preorders and starters soon came out. The meals were lovely. Staff were attentive but no too much that we felt bothered at all. We look forward to returning. The group had a great time

Some of our party had severe allergies. They had visited the inkwell before and the staff had remembered this from their prior visits. Not only was it really helpful but it meant the all the party could thoroughly relax and enjoy the evening.Would definitely recommend the Inkwell to family and friends.

Lovely venue. Sue was a great help as we were running late for our booking, but she accommodated us amazingly.I had the kebab and it was absolutely massive but delicious. We were served by Phoebe and she was very bubbly and polite throughout the experience. Defiantly recommend the Inkwell

Arrived and were shown to our table by Sophia. She noticed that my Mother-In - Law was struggling with her walking and offered us a table closer to the door. We were very grateful. Great service. Love table service. I have already recommended and will definatley be visiting again. Thank you.

We had a really lovely evening. Everyone was very attentive. The food was delicious and our server was very efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. Very impressive given that there was 15 in our group. Thank you very much. My son had a wonderful birthday celebration.

Inkwell at Lichfield
Easy booking, very pleasant welcome and nicely laid out table. Allowed us time to choose when a lot of people were still talking and were able to change the order without an issues. Added some sides when we requested them and added an extra dessert for my 8 year old daughter. All in all a very pleasant experience and we will be back!
