Horrid woman on the phone that doesn't want to deal with or be friendly to clients.Skip delivered with wet paint all over it, so destroyed clothes with yellow paint as was not told it was wet, but why would you give a client a skip you have JUST painted.Driver who delivered it was very friendlyFire that God awful woman!

Phoned for a skip and spoke with a friendly gentleman. Skip was delivered the same day, great price and dropped exactly where we wanted it. Called to collect at 3.15pm and collected that afternoon. Great service and highly recommended.5 stars

Normally let you have the skip for a week, but let us have it for 2 as we were having a new kitchen. Needed it then for an extra 3 days, which they also allowed. Above and byond customer service here, thanks Cwikskip!

Best price for a skip locally by £50. Arrived when asked for. Cheery friendly driver who was careful to drop the skip where it needed to be. Collected the following day from my request to take it back.

Delivered when I wanted it helpful driver placed the skip in a good place so I could still get the car on the driveway.

Worst customer service ever! My builder ordered a skip and asked them to phone me prior to delivery. “No problem “ they said. I work from home and needed to make arrangements to be sure I was free to pay and take possession of the skip. Skip arrived without the promised call. I was in the middle of delivering online training so couldn’t answer the door. The driver kept banging on the window. I asked delegates to take a break and ran to deal with it. I asked him to come back later as I was working. He said he would put the skip on the drive. Whilst back online my phone kept ringing... I couldn’t answer it. When I finally finished the course I realised the skip was not there. I called the office and spoke to the most unhelpful staff member I have ever dealt with. I was told they don’t make arrangements with people, they took it away as I was supposed to pay on delivery and I was now at the bottom of the list! Needless to say I told her to ‘forget it’ and cancelled.

Great company got a skip same day called them when filled it and collected it 10 mins later!!! Really happy with them great service

If I will need a skip again, I will call this company. Customer service very responsive, drivers also helpful depending on your situation, overall I would recommend based on my experience

I had ordered a skip from here. It was meant to be placed in town, I had spoken with a lady on the phone and she had said that I needed to get a permit to place the skip in town and that I needed to put fences around the skip because of the public, she said that she would sort these our herself and that I just needed to pay extra for these. However when the skip came they said that we only had 30 mins to fill the skip before they would take the skip away. This is absolutely terrible service.
