Gemma helped me to find a new home for rental and absolutely brilliant all throughout the process. Even after I moved in, she was constantly checking to make sure everything is ok. Izzy Kalloo, absolute star!Straight through from our viewing with her to handing a lot of complications (mainly regarding how the last tenant left the flat) after we began our tenancy, Izzy has been nothing but helpful and incredibly patient regarding the assistance we needed, going above and beyond to answer our questions and helping us feel secure that everything would be resolved fairly - and it has been.There were detailed questions on our contract, multiple inventory addendums we wanted for our own peace of mind, questions on whether a service the agency runs (Homebox) was legitimate, and she fielded them all perfectly, showing us patience where we needed it and replying to everything we sent her way promptly, despite there being a whole lot of emails to juggle!Zero complaints with the service, especially as we were fully aware it was a lot we wanted addressed, and she resolved everything for us fairly and efficiently. She has given us confidence in Homecloud as an agency as a whole purely via the excellent customer service she has provided us with, all with a professional, polite manner to top it all off. She is a credit to them as a company and we couldn't ask for better treatment!

l’ve lived in a property advertised by the home cloud for nearly 3 years now and I’ve got to say it’s gotten worse and worse and worse since living here. Can’t fault the landlord because to be fair I’ve never spoken to him but he gives solutions to the problem starlight away and it’s the home cloud that drag their feet and take forever to sort an issue. The bath was leaking for months and months and caused damage to the downstairs property, the washing machine hasn’t worked for 2 weeks and despite calling and emailing and reporting they’re adamant about a “contractor” to come out and fix it and claim the part has come yet he hasn’t even been out to look at the washing machine so how does he know what’s wrong with it? I’ve no handles on the bathroom or my bedroom because the screws are small and they’ve fallen out and all they’ve done it “glue” them back to the door to which they fell off again shortly after. That bathroom light is temperamental the cooker in the kitchen trips the electric if using more than 2 hobs the list goes on and on and the home cloud don’t seem to want to try and fix it just leaving you waiting. When asking to make a complaint they tell you to email the manager but the manager does nothing about it either. Wouldn’t recommend using the home cloud if your looking at renting a property due to the fact they don’t really care and the customer service when calling is terrible.EDIT: since changing my review I had the deputy director contact me to express his upset in the fact I’d left a less than satisfactory review. I’ve continued to report all issues with my property but they are still dragging their feet in resolving things. Had 3 appointments cancelled on me and the 4th hasn’t even turned up on time to either with all sorts of excuses. Fed up with being dismissed and tossed to the side when reporting issues and things not being done about it or taking far too long to resolve the simplest things.
