Antonia helped me immensely through the stresses of my final year of university as well as helping me with other areas of my life I had been struggling with for a long time. As someone who had not had counselling before I was nervous, but Antonia made me feel comfortable even when talking through difficult situations and emotions. She helped me to understand my own feelings better and equipped me with ways to handle certain situations in the future, including giving me the confidence to place boundaries in relationships of all kinds, all of which has continued to help me moving forward. I am incredibly grateful to her for her help through this time. If you are looking for a counsellor I couldn’t recommend her enough!

Antonia provides a really excellent service, she really listens to what you say without judgement or expectations and offers really insightful feedback and comments. Starting counselling can be very daunting but from our first session she made me feel at ease and it felt comfortable to share my thoughts and feelings with her. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.Edit - Having come to the end of my sessions with Antonia, I wanted to take the time to echo the words above. My time with Antonia has been absolutely invaluable to me. I truly believe that all the positive changes I have experienced in the last year have been a direct result of the work achieved through therapy. From the very first session, Antonia created a safe space where I felt I could completely be myself and I never felt judged for my thoughts or feelings. This allowed us to dig deep into uncomfortable places and work through issues in a helpful and rational way. I am very sad to come to the end of my sessions but the work we have done has definitely given me the confidence I need to work through my issues independently. I highly recommend Antonia for individual therapy. From the get go she was transparent and understanding and I was able to express my concerns with past therapists and how we would work through them. I also appreciate Antonia’s honesty and compassion throughout our sessions.

I had mostly regular weekly sessions with Antonia, the positive impact the work we undertook has been immeasurable. I feel calmer, grounded and better equipped to deal with difficulties that arise within my life. It has improved my relationships with anyone close to me and beyond. I am not exaggerating when I say that my time with Antonia has been totally life changing. I contacted Antonia because I was feeling like I had totally lost my sense of self and self-esteem, along with any kind of control or ability to be proactive with the direction my life was heading. I wasn't able to positively handle things 'going wrong' and had a few specific events that I wanted to work through that I had boxed away and not properly dealt with.The difference has been light and day - I now know myself better than I have ever done, and have found 'me' again, together with a purpose and direction in life. For the first time in several years I feel able to look forwards and plan for the future with optimism and excitement, and life feels full of joy again. I also feel equipped with the tools to handle both myself, and any future bumps in the road that come along.I was initially apprehensive about being able to form a strong enough bond over Zoom to make the most of the sessions, but this wasn't an issue at all and I very quickly felt able to speak to Antonia about anything. Antonia has such a fantastic and flexible approach and it was especially valuable to work through different exercises and approaches.I can't recommend Antonia highly enough, and will certainly be reaching out to her again as and when I need in the future. I am already missing our weekly chats!

A recommendation that changed my life.I reached out to Antonia a year ago to help me heal and get closure on unsolved trauma that had led to a mental health decline. I hadn’t had the confidence or strength to face up to it all. I’m so thankful I took the step to ask for help.From the very beginning antonia was kind and supportive , allowing me to speak in a safe environment and not pressuring me into facing what I wasn’t ready for. She ensured I could go at my own pace and allowed me to speak freely and confront my feelings in a safe way.Antonia allowed me to heal and rescue the inner child that I had lost and I cannot thank her enough for that . She allowed me to feel seen and heard in a manner nobody had allowed me to or I had allowed myself to be. I avoided counselling for the longest time, even though I knew I needed help. The worry of being judged made it hard to make that first step. But when I found Antonia, it just felt…right. I’m so glad I pushed myself to contact her, we have been having sessions most weeks since April (8 months). Antonia has helped me an insane amount, in many aspect of my life, both big and small! I have never felt rushed, or judged in any of our sessions.
