Took my partner's brother in law yesterday for a new washer paid for next day delivery and to take the old one away and asked them to install it for him as he's in his 70s and got Alzheimers and lives alone.The manager served us and she said it's all done for you only for them to deliver it today and not even take the old one away and just dumped it in his kitchen and walked out.We both told the manager he wanted to pay for installation and she didn't even put it down.So I rang customer service and they said he will have to get someone to take it away now and they will refund him the £14.99 to take the old one that he paid to be took away by them.Absolute joke of a shop we definitely won't be back that's for sure

Just as good as any branch. Easy to use.

It's alright, they often have quite a lot out of stock which is a little annoying. I've not had many dramas here though. The staff are helpful and it's never crowded in there.

Look at items online, go and pick it up.....easy as....

Argos isn't as cheap as it used to be and can only buy branded goods here although the range is expansive and are rarely out of stock. Very large items must be delivered.

do not buy any items from here because they will diffuse a refund and very rude managers and stuff to shocking customer service wood give it a first start at all

A cold store, noone to help you and the screens didnt work. We left before ordering anything because we couldnt get any help or see what was in stock.

Staffs attention to custmoers is seriously lacking, after using the self service, I left the shop and returned after 15minutes the board stated my goods were ready for collection .. I stood and waited at my designated spot for 9mins before the 3 members of staff had stopped talking ... to have them all walk passed me or away. I called for service .. and responded with a tut and an outstetched hand for my receipt to be told it wasnt down yet ... to let she dropped the receipt and tried to walk away .. i quickly told her it was behind her on the shelf to which she looked at it checked the numbers and put it in front of me then walked off without a word! Customers service sucks.... don't and wont shop in there anymore.

A standalone branch of Argos. I ordered a couple of devices on the Argos website for later collection. However, there had been an issue with their website and orders hadn't been processed. The staff in store were friendly, helpful and polite and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Very helpful staff, nice store.
