My worst pet hate regarding takeaways is when it’s a clear fault and the arrogance and shameful manner received when you simply want your food.An hour delay in delivery, being hung up on when inquiring.A blatant disregard to customer service.A shameful management of service.Order at your own risk

Do NOT order from this restaurant. I ordered from them via Deliveroo. The food never arrived and when I called to let them know they told me it had been delivered. I explained that they were incorrect and that the food was never delivered and they told me that the delivery driver said it had been so they chose to believe him, call their paying customer a liar and kept my money. There are a lot of Chinese restaurants in London - order from somewhere different and don't give a penny to these chiselling little crooks.

Fix your descriptions in your food i ordered a chicken noodle soup and it didn't mention anywhere that would have vegetables inside and when i opened the soup was full of vegetables. Unacceptable

Friendly service. I ordered sweet and sour chicken balls. The chicken inside most of them was barely on the warm side. The batter immediately around the chicken was still raw/almost raw.The sweet and sour sauce was practically water dyed red with sugar added. I threw the sauce after one taste.I won't be going here again.

Worst Chinese takeaway I have ever had in my life I would give it less than 1 star if I could.The ribs smelt funny were as tough as an old tyre, the prawn toast was dripping in oil and simultaneously undercooked, the seaweed was stale and had LUMPS of sugar in.-100/5!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

Everything is watery and the veg looks to be days stale. Food is spicy but generally flavourless. My gf and I tossed most of it as it was a soggy watered down mess of browned veg (camera phone made it more vivid and better looking in the photos)

Unfortunately terrible experience. The entire order was terrible, strong acidic taste from the dishes, chicken balls were the most disgusting food ever ! Inside the batter was old chicken strips of cold meat with brown curled edges covered in greasy batter. Throw away the entire order and never ever will order from them again.
