Lady who served me was really lovely. Listened to what I wanted and recommended a new blend which is tasty!. Will be making this my monthly journey!

A good varied selection of coffee to choose from so should suit everyones taste. Large selection of coffee machines, which are reasonably priced. Store is well kept and staff are polite, friendly and very helpful.

We went to Nespresso to get some advice on which coffee machine to purchase for our new house and came out with lots of goodies! The staff were impeccable (I cannot remember their names unfortunately) but the lady helped and advised which machine would meet our requirements and went above and beyond making us feel comfortable, even got us a coffee to try while we discussed. We then went to a gentleman at the tills, who was so thorough, explaining every little detail to us! Both of their knowledge and love for the products shone through! We are delighted with our purchase and blown away by the customer service!Thank you so much!Jade & Adam.

Just visited today to get some pods. The gent serving (don’t know name) was extremely friendly and helpful, even kept my son entertained and let me try a new pod! Thank you for your wonderful service, the best I’ve had since visiting.

Excellent Coffee Vendor. The machines is awesome and the wide range of coffee on sales in excellent. Lots to choose from the prices are cheap. Love the idea of being able to taste the coffee before you buy. Staff are polite and helpful.

Went in to stock up on pods, was getting out cash to pay, sorry we do not take cash" "OK bye" of course I have cards but thats not the point any shop that does not take cash is saying we don't want you old people shopping in here. Use your cash

5☆ is not enough.My wife and I 3 days popped into Nespresso Boutique Meadowhall to purchase a gift for a friend. While there we met the lovely Kayleigh. She sorted our purchase with a smile and as we had noticed the amazing offers on display, we had our first introductory demonstration and information gathering conversion with her. She offered us various coffees demonstrating the machines and the delicious coffees on display, and we had fun while doing so ( you had to be there). She was easy to talk to, informative, very friendly and easy to understand. We left Thursday night thinking why haven't we ever had one of these machines already in our life before! and promised her We will be back".Today 20th August we returned and were please to see that Kayleigh was there. Again we laughed and gathered lots more information
