Lancaster Barn B&B
Amazing place to stay. We didn’t plan it well and were there for just one night. Clare and Paul are amazing hosts and from the time check-in to check-out you one will not fail to be impressed. Amazing breakfast options served and if weather permits a great place to sit out and eat as well or enjoy an evening drink or two. Rooms are very well furnished and a treat to stay in. Aesthetically decorated and served with all requirements to make the stay as comfortable as possible.

What a delightful b&b. We stayed at Lancaster barn whilst attending a wedding nearby. All I can say is that everything and everyone was excellent, the room was beautifully done, immaculate and modern, the bathroom was equally so. Breakfast was delicious and the location and grounds really lovely too. If we’re back in the area we will definitely be staying again!

Lovely hosts, really helpful. Rooms are well furnished, modern and clean. Plenty of nice touches such as homemade flapjacks in the room. Eco products in use which is excellent. Breakfast really good. Honesty bar and lovely seatting area overlooking the gardens and nice products to buy in little area by check in. Will be visiting again!

Clare and Paul, thank you for making our stay in Lancaster (and return after a decade) so enjoyable and memorable. Everything about the Barn was perfect, from the modern yet rustic design of the rooms, to the excellent breakfast and fantastic overall experience, it was everything we could have hoped for. The care, thought and style that have gone into this place is simply astounding. We wanted to move in. Everything is impeccably tasteful and every convenience and amenity is provided (including the opportunity to sample a wee dram in the dining room before settling in.) Breakfast was the best of our entire trip. The owners are gracious, friendly and super helpful. Absolutely first rate all round - really sorry we could only stay the one night.

Last week was our first time to stay at Lancaster Barn and will definitely be back. The accommodation was excellent so much care and detail have been put into beautiful barn. Clare and Paul are such welcoming hosts and everything has been done to exceptional high standard warm and welcoming after a long journey and the most delicious breakfast to send us on our way the following morning. Being able to purchase some of their market garden produce was a lovely treat too. The care and love Clare and Paul have put into this beautiful place and exceptional standard they provide will definitely bring us back.

Outstanding stay at Lancaster Barn. The interior is contemporary, Scandi design and is stunning. Every piece of furniture, wall art, the aroma of aery candles and the warm welcome of the owners sets the scene for a wonderful stay.My room was very comfortable, with lovely view of the apple orchard, refreshments, fresh flapjack and hand picked apples. Lots of luxury touches and beautiful toiletries.The property is immaculate.Breakfast was a selection of granola, yogurts, fresh fruits and toast and a range of hot options. The quality of produce was outstanding.The only negative was that I only booked one night!

I had such a wonderful time at Lncaster Barn B&B! The hosts were so friendly and attentive, and the property was beautifully decorated and maintained. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway.
