Very bad customer service at this store in London. If you are not in a hurry go to the H&M store at Oxford street. The guys standing at the paying counter made us go back in the line after standing for 15 minutes for no reason. He just did not look at the line and moved us back. Customer Rep or sales guy name is talal. When we brought this issue up there was an Indian/pakistani guy who was super rude with us and told us you should just break the line. I would suggest visiting better stores around with better customer support. Pathetic after spending almost 150 pounds this was not worth the treatment.

Keeping doors open during hot weather with AC running – not sustainable at all. You may want to revisit that. When the door closed, staff opened it again, so this was something that came from the top.

Apart from a lady manager everyone else is supporting. She is so rude like she is doing charity for us and we’re here to take stuff for free. She is pathetic.

Terrible experience. The assistant manager didn't know how to use a cash register. She kept swiping our card because it wouldn't print a receipt even thou it said printing a receipt. She kept saying she had a degree in management. Well, between me and my husband, we have 5 degrees. Maybe next time she'll listen to someone who knows what they are talking about and we are more educated. So, her theory is we are smarter. The customer is right. Instead of swiping our card 3xs and finally switching to a different register. The assistant manger was all air in the head. Needs a different job. Fire her.

Very much like it is in the USA which is a good thing. Wide selection of merchandise for men and women and lots of pleasant surprises. The prices were generally very reasonable and the quality seemed solid as well. If we lived here we would definitely shop in this store again.

I just want to thank the Regents Street H&M team yesterday who helped me with a lost bank card they found and kept safe for me. I had a great experience shopping at H&M. The employees were very helpful and friendly, making my shopping experience enjoyable. I was also pleased with the prices and found them to be reasonable. The store was very clean and well-organised, which made it easy to find what I was looking for. Additionally, I appreciated the size of the store, which offered a wide selection of products. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase at H&M and would highly recommend it to others.
