Gave me a value on my tesla drove 75 miles to Chesterfield. paid£99 reserve on suzuki.only to be told when I agreed to purchase the suzuki that they don't buy ev cars. Next day they called said deal was back on and offered me a better deal. 3 hours later the manager called me to say they don't buy ev cars. I'm still awaiting my £99 deposit and no body has bothered to apologise.BE CAREFUL.

I was at Suzuki Chesterfield several times to look at buying a second hand Swift. The service I got from the sales guys was great, but the follow up was not so much. I have called in 3 times after to enquire about 2 of their other cars as I had to adjust budget/expectations on my side, but only got one call back and my calls were not returned after... Lost sales opportunity as I now bought a Swift from Colin Appleyard. :/Advise to sales: not every sales is easy, but people who come in a few times and then call in 3 times they might just be on the market to buy a car... Might be worth it to follow it up.

Just got my latest Suzuki, 3rd one since 2016. The sales team have always looked after me in the past but this latest visit has been the best yet, the young salesman Sam really knew his stuff and looked after me and went above and beyond to help out when any problems arose.
