All staff are always helpful, have read a few strange reviews suggesting stafff to be discriminating but have never ever found this to be the case. Often use this shop with an awkward pushchair and the staff often come out from behind the counter to help me in and out. I don't need the help but they're very kind and go beyond what is epected. Always offer helpful advice on products and alternatives. Thanks

I used to meet very nice and helpful staff here, until the last time I tried to buy something at 17.29 and got the door locked in my face. I understand that once your working hours have ended you would like to leave, but it's not how I, as a customer, am used to be treated.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. They have a good range of food and vitamins. The shop is very small though and not very wheelchair friendly but staff are very good.

Good place to get something if you need it. A lot of stuff if overpriced though occasionally there is a good deal. Take advantage of those when you see them.

Cuz the new manager asked a customer with her pooch to leave, and there is no good will between us. If you ask for something that h and b stock online he always says 'not at this branch' and I think he hates so womenanyway And when I went back after checking g online about cornbread recipe (polenta) he argued with me about your product 'not the right stuff ' whilst manhandling said momma with her pooch out if shop. Will not be going back again ever!!!!!By the wY made the best cornbread ever, and our chilli supper now has 12 not so new customers to that h & b branch woman/dog hating miserable son of a gun. That branch closing down soon I think ........
