Washing machine worked well with no concerns. The dryer was not working but there was no sign. It ended up charging me twice for no drying services. Tried to call the company to get a resolution but they do not answer the phone and they do not answer emails. Use a manned laundrette.

I wanted to use the dryer and so i followed instructions on the pad. I paid for a load to dry and it didnt work. I contacted customer service to let them know whats gone on. They did refund me for what i paid for and didnt receive the required service. They said they would come out and check to whats gone on.
