Really welcoming staff. They were more than happy to help our son, who is just getting started with Warhammer. Seems like a friendly place with games going on happily while we shopped.

Very friendly, welcoming and nothing they don't know. Took the time to explain the game to my son who had never played before and 20 mins later, he had completed his first round. Not just a shop that sells, but a wealth of information and support to all levels

Visited last month on a whim, after about 15 years out of the hobby. Me and my partner (new to WH) were treated to unbelievable customer service by the staff, including Jody, who really took the time to show us the best way to start. Warhammer is an expensive hobby but she really took the time and went out of her way to made sure we got what we needed and the best possible value for money. Top marks!

Absolute legends. I needed some paints for a bike project rather than a Warhammer related one. I was pointed in the direction of the ideal paint and when a color I was after wasn't in stock I was given a part pot which was more than enough. Proper customer service.

Usually pretty good for kids to paint their first mini and always games going on for people to watch. Staff are knowledgeable and always happy to help with any queries. Standard inflated GW prices (cheaper in a local gaming store) but always well stocked.Closed at 2pm on a Friday? Lights were on and sign was open but nobody home. Went to Imperial Games in Sidwell street instead.
