These guys caused a disaster through hiding information, and lying repetitively.They deliberately went quiet during proceedings for multiple days at a time, ignoring any emails or phone calls to create a sense of urgency and try to squeeze out higher offers, they hidden information on purpose from me to benefit their sale. Every step had some sort of manipulative trick.As a result we will NEVER purchase or Rent any property from this estate agency branch again. We already totally ignored a property in Tollerton we wanted because these guys got a hold of it.
