I had vinyl laid that developed ‘yellow staining’ The Company really tried to brush me off and advised me ‘to get my own Independent Inspector’ they would not take any blame and even had the audacity to say it could be a reaction to cleaning products despite the same vinyl being laid in 5 different areas, all cleaned the same way but only one room had this yellow staining.
