Ferry Lane Service Station

Not the best for motorbikesCan't sit on bike to fill, apparently fire risk, standing next to it and now holding your bike straight one handed so yo can brim ya tank isn't a fire risk, and now being asked to remove helmet before filling aswell, didn't bother in the end. Only garage I've used in Hull to be asked this. Most garages can tell a possible ride off.

A very clean spacious petrol station. Easy access and easy to get back on the main road. Automatic entrance doors and no step make disabled access very easy. Apart from fuel they have jet washing facilities. The staff are always pleasant and friendly. Costa Coffee are here there are some samwiches and a really good little supermarket.

The staff here must think they work at ‘Dick’s Last Resort’ in America. Rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced. They’ve purposefully caused at least 3 of my visits to not be tracked on the app at this point. Have put a formal complaint in with Shell, shall use BP instead from now on.

All thumbs up for this location!Convenient location, cheap petrol, looks great, parking just for the shop available, plenty of pumps, car wash station, water and tyre machine.The shop has everything you would expect from your usual petrol station shop, as well a comprehensive food selection from Sainsbury's. Speaking of food, the station is right next to a Burger King, a bonus if you're fancying it.There is also a cash machine and a coffee machine inside for the caffiene lovers.It's quite pricey, but for one, it's a service station and for two, it's a Sainsbury's, so it's expected. I never do a full shop here, it's just nice to have a browse for any offers that are on or if I need or want to treat myself to one or two things so it never burns a huge hole in my pocket.The only real negative is that even though the shop sells Sainsbury's products, you cannot earn Nectar points here. If you can, it is not advertised and I have never been asked for my card.

Never had a problem. Decent shop, standard and premium petrol and diesel, car wash facilities. Clean environment so far, would be good to see it stay that way with it being new.

Terrible Customer Service from the Elderly woman with the glasses.I pulled up on the pumps and she wouldn’t put it on because my fuel tank was on the opposite side. I could easily fill up because the fuel lines reached easily. I question why when I went inside her answer was that I was stretching the damn hose. I feel like I’ve been discriminated against as this is not the first time I’ve had terrible attitude from staff there. Just a few weeks ago I went in to get fuel, all the pumps was full except one but I had to turn my car back to front to get filled up they wouldn’t turn the pump on said it’s because they have to see my number plate, the damn car has a number plate at the back as well as the front so doesn’t make any sense whatsoever they’re just being difficult. I’ve got a Shell fuel card as I own a garage so this is the station closest to me. I see people working here who probably hates their jobs and going out of their way to make everyone’s lives miserable. I come to the fuel station to get fuel and get back to work asap not messing around with made up rules as if I’m in school. If this continues I’m going to make a formal complaint as I’m not going to put up with this harassment.
