Both my husband and I have each got a Mobility Scooter from Eden Mobility, and we pay for the monthly rental through our P.I.P.Because we each have higher Disability needs.We are very happy with the services we receive from the Team in Scunthorpe, where the main office is based.If there is a puncture if one of our tyres, we just ring Eden Mobility to make arrangements to cone out and repair it.The Team of Engineers are brilliant. And they follow the COVID RULES by wearing a face mask and using hand sanitiser.I am to receive my brand new Mobility Scooter Soon, which has a mileage range of 27 miles.My husbands Scooter has a mileage of 30 miles.The engineer will be here in July to show my new scooter.Thankyou very, very much for all your hard work.Its really Appreciated.10/10

First time purchase of mobility scooter . After listening and asking about my requirements for a scooter Jamie responded with sound and helpful advice with excellent knowledge of products which would best suit my needs.Jamie presented a friendly, caring and professional attitude throughout our visit to the store. It was refreshing and appreciated to deal with someone who upheld these values. I thoroughly recommend this store and will be returning in the future.

Friendly helpful service. Patient with mum whose hearing isn’t great. We didn’t feel rushed. Good knowledge about products and gave good advice. Didn’t try selling us anything just happy to advise best item for needs. Goods yet to be delivered but very happy with the sales service.

Took my Mum in to replace a rubbish scooter she had bought and was made to feel welcome had gone on coffee morning so had been offered a drink before even being asked what we had come in for. Jamie listened and asked questions to find the right scooter for my mum so now she will be independent without the worry of running out of battery on her old one . Would highly recommend Jamie and the shop for their professionalism
