How can you buy the same product for over ten years and even buy the same product from a London branch the same week at the price of £17 plus vat. And then get told you have to pay £52 plus vat.The crazy thing is you can buy on eBay for £13.99 including vat and delivery same manufacturer everything. We just like to use local business.Not the first time this happened. They tried it on years ago. We used to buy loads from you.If the area manager cares get in contact. You must be mad as a service desk receptionist to think we could buy 2 reels at £120 that we can get for £27 on eBay or before or from another branch in London for maximum £40. What kind of operation can do that and not think twice about that mark up.
