Southampton Marine Services Ltd (SMS Group)

Previously involved/employed under this company for 4 months In 2022 as a contractor.Still waiting for Alex stobbo from the SMS group to pay may wages as a contractor from 2 months from writing this review unfortunately.He said it should be paid in December 2022, I haven't since then be able to resolve the issue.I was supposedly employed by an agency called Power People Ltd based in Liverpool who have been given contracts by the SMS group, Mr Stobbo who is the General manager in Scotland of the SMS group said if anyone asks who I work for at Babcocks Rosyth shipyard say you work for SMS so my review must be in the right place as he was the main person dealing with my wages at the time.4 companies involved so it is un clear where the wages are to be recovered from, SMS group, Power People, babcocks and liquid Friday.In the process of acquiring 4 certificates from ACAS to find a resolution through the tribunal process to recover approx £1630 in wages before tax.
