Terrible experience with this company. I employed them to do a bathroom refit for my brother as they were originally from our local area and work all over the country. I spoke to Daryl to do the job and I spoke to his dad. First of all all went well was told it would take a few days more than originally planned as needed some materials I didn't have, which was fine. Was told it would be finished that Sunday, then the excuses started shower out of stock would be finished Monday, plaster hadn't turned up can't lay the floor, this went on and on. I should have known then but never had a bathroom fitted before and my brother just wanted it done and just kept handing the money out. It finally stopped when I went round on one Friday 15 days after the original completion date to be told it would not be finished yet again and he wanted paying..... the bathroom was upside down didn't look like anything had been touched. He left that Friday night left no hot water promising to be back Monday morning to put the hot water back on that he hadn't told me he had turned off even though all that weekend he was ringing me for money. On the Monday we got a emergency plumber in to get the water supply back up and running, two min job but he showed us everything that was wrong. Also informed at this time he had been drinking on the job. We did get some money back from this company after a lot of drunken phone calls from his dad, the owner of the company who abused us threatened us with people we knew all because his son messed up the job. Horrible experience which has made us very wary of employing people and has left my brother over £1,500.00 out of pocket and on anxiety tablets

Steve has carried out several jobs for us in the last year. From installing a new boiler to sorting out a cistern problem at our rental properties. He also carries out the Gas Safety Checks for us. We would have no problems recommending Steve.
