Went to asda today to get some euros for my holiday. Andy was there and extremely helpful and down to earth bloke and after speaking to him I understood everything and got the amount of euros I wanted. Again big thank you to Andy at the travel money booth. He also was very helpful to my parents and advised us to use the asda travel money card and told us all the details about it. Will be looking forward to using it.

On wed 25/10/23 me and my husband where involved in a car accident on Holme lacy road just before the Broadley's. As it was a young lady stood at the side of my husbands car and started to direct the traffic, the lady(whom I found out was called Sabina) did a magnificent job and did this until the police took over. The lady in question works at the Hereford Asda store and was possibly late for work. Me and my hubby would like to say a massive thank-you and Asda Hereford you should be very proud of Sabina an amazing young lady.

What a grubby place to eat. Came here at 8.55 am, it's obvious the tables hadn't been cleaned from yesterday, the table I came yo was filthy so moved to another, that wasn't great, I wiped it myself with tissues. On getting some cutlery it was a case of find the clean one in a grubby looking pot. The whole area where cutlery was was filthy and clearly in need of a clean. The breakfast" when it arrived was a stack of warm bread with cold bacon

We visited the cafe last week and were very disappointed. The fridges were bare, I asked for sparkling water or sprite but was told neither was available so I was offered tap water. I was given a paper cup.full.of tepid tap.water! The staff were squabbling about who should take our order! The food took ages to arrive and was found to be luke warm. I asked if mine could be microwaved again which was met with a sigh! There was a shopping trolley directly next to the till which was full of kitchen rubbish. The cutlery was off putting, with water marks all.over it and bent forks. We most definitely will not eat here again. The only positive thing is that it's cheap .Hi Naomi,I can't find a way to reply apart from editing the review. We were in the cafe at approximately 12.30 on Thursday 17th.There was a lady with long dark hair and a young boy. There were nowhere staff but I don't remember them. It was the lady with the dark hair who was squabbling with the young man.No body thought to clear tables, replenish fridges etc!

Went to use the toilets in Asda Hereford and they were absolutely disgusting!! One toilet had excrement on the outer bowl and another had splatters all up the inner lid. The floors were filthy and full of tissue paper. I was totally appalled by the experience and whilst I appreciate that they may get cleaned so many times a day these had obviously NOT been cleaned for some time! Also-the men’s toilet and disabled toilets were both closed! I went to the help desk and asked to speak to the manager and was asked why so I did tell the young lady, but I doubt if my message would be passed on. Shame on you Asda-it has definitely put me off revisiting the shop if that’s their level of cleanliness in the most important area!

It is a fairly good supermarket with a good variety of products, however i would seriously advise against buying anything under the asda brand as i bought an asda brand food item and 15 minutes after eating it i felt like i wanted to kill myself. So its safe to say that anything under the asda brand is definitely not user friendly. Other than that whenever you are walking down the isles or using the deodorant without buying it, the staff are always giving you dodgey looks, and its not just me as my friend has also been getting dodgey looks. however this is because some staff are definitely racist. He was speaking spanish and an employee asked him to please speak english because he is in england. This is clearly poor customer service. I do not recommend this place if you are foreigner. Also the cafe is disgusting and the food is absolutely minging

Asda in Hereford is generally a decent supermarket, with items of a good standard. Its fresh produce is better than most of its competitors, and it also has a decent cafe and offers a Travel Money option, though there are no Opticians option available. The drawbacks of this particular store are its location and it size, its small by comparison to most other Asda's I have been in, meaning limitions of some items on offer

Nice spot by the river where you can park for 3 hours for free. Avoid the toilets at all costs. Ladies and gents were both dirty and very, very smelly.

I shop here often because it is handy, plus it is quite a large store with a wide range of goods. Price wise it is ok but not as cheap as Aldi or Lidl. Good sized car park, free for three hours, also handy if you want to pop into town. However it can become gridlocked during very busy times and can take ages to exit! There is a nice enough cafe inside plus a competitive fuel station, however today it was closed because they had run dry! There is a soft plastic recycling point in the entrance/exit
