A great range of cards and Other celebration items, such as gifts, wrapping and balloons. The staff here are always helpful and friendly. Very good value. Plenty of free parking in the centre car park

Bought some overpriced balloons for my son's birthday and before the end of the day half of them were falling, the next day they would not float at all even without the weight of the ribbon attached. I'm guessing they half fill the balloons with helium and the rest normal air, can't see any other reasonable explanation, never have I bought helium balloons that won't even last a day.

Don't know what's happened to the Card Factory just lately, it seems to not have a very good choice of Birthday cards, could be due to COVID-19 They do however have lovely items for both sex marriage's, which I did buy for a friend and her partner. Would go back as staff are both helpful and friendly.

Went in today looking for a mothers day card from a cat (don't laugh lol) asked the 1 member of staff to be told they had sold them all but she found me a card (the last one) with a space on front to attach a photo and inside was sticker sheet with different animal names (dog, cat etc) to put on the front. I cannot thank or praise the member of staff enough she was brilliant and thanks to her my wife is absolutely chuffed with it. I just wish I knew her name so I could thank her personally on here

This card shop is very good ,it is in swan shopping centre & it got a good selection of cards ,not a big store though & stock a variety of relation cards & gifts for birthdays weddings christening etc ,staff are helpful ,it not that spacious inside though ,so Christmas & busier times could be stressful trying to find what you want ,it is opposite a very large Tesco so it great convenience ,I bought my dad a gift box to fit a cup in from here , they good prices.

To many people in there for a small shop. No distancing and no one enforcing the one way system in there. I love this shop but won't be going back till the pandemic is over. Sorry card factory.
