Full selection of cakes and sandwiches.Very tasty coffees and super friendly staff!Friendly environment!Following ALL the COVID measures. Felt very safe. Toilets always spotless!

Can appreciate times can be busy but to have 5-6 tables with trays of cups, plates left meaning difficult to find place to sit was a little dissapointing

Costa Coffee (Abbey Sands)
This small Costa coffee shop is hidden away below the newish apartment building adjacent to Torre Abbey Sands.It has limited seating, a unisex toilet and a good sea view.The food and drink selection was good and the service prompt. We had a tea and a large hot chocolate inside and watched the world go by from the large windows.

The manager Izzie was very rude to us. They didn’t have the mango bubbles for the mango bubble frappe and we asked for the berry frappe instead. She instead gave us the mango frappe with the berry bubbles. When we told her she had got our order wrong she said that we should have the berry bubbles in the mango frappe. When we said we didn’t want it because it will taste weird she said kept saying no and it tastes the same . We left with the right drink but a bad overall experience.

Worst Costa coffee I have ever had. So disappointing. My Americano tasted like flavoured water. I don't believe it was made in the normal Costa way.

As with all Costas, very nice. One star less because coffee was served in disposable cups even though we had cake to eat in. Could have used our own cups if they had run out of cups.
