Horrible place. have done 2 exams here, both reasonably high stakes for career and from arrival to leaving the staff make you feel unwelcome and like some kind of career criminal. Am I hiding notes under my collar? Am I wearing spy glasses? I understand they need to prevent cheating but the staff are unfriendly.Plus the exam information says to arrive 30 mins before but they'll happily leave you freezing outside until they open 15 mins, despite the fact you can see them chilling with a coffee behind the door.

Great staff: friendly and pleasant. They put me completely at ease before the exam. Very attentive and on-hand in case of any problems during exam.Test room very nice, no issues there. The only thing I could think of improving might be the toilets. Otherwise, great experience, very happy. Nice central location.

I understand the need for some security and to ensure you cannot cheat but they may as well strip search you, I have gone through less security checks at airports and getting into prison (as a visitor). To make it better the staff are hard faced and miserable and seem to enjoy making a basic test a experience like joining Men in Black.

Disgusting!Forced to wear face covering despite medical exemption. Before turning up, I emailed twice informing of my medical exemption over face masks, no response.Arrived with exemption card and was met by rude staff who took no interest in the exemption and communicated in a disrespectful way.Toilets were closed, I had to sit the test needing to use the bathroom.I pulled face mask under nose so I could breath normally but I still feel anxiety and unease over it and the whole experience.I Would have walked away within 60 seconds if I was not in a position were I need to get a full driving license ASAP.Overall shocking and disgusting, 0 starts. Do not use this place ever, unless completely unavoidable. Glad I scored 50/50 and I shall never have to step foot in that place again.

Absolutely shocking carry on at the Newcastle upon Tyne testing centre. Booked a BCS exam online - no mention on the Pearson Vue website that if I want reasonable adjustments I have to fill a BCS form in first...So I didn't get the adjustments I needed in the first place.Turned up as instructed, 15 mins early, a huge queue of people going down the stairs, no toilet, nowhere to sit and just one receptionist repeating the same script that could have been given to several people at once.Waited so long that it overran the testing start time, which only created more anxiety, and absolutely nobody from Pearson Vue explaining that you start the test when you get in there.Told that if I wanted to read the rules they were on the board, but they weren't in large font. I was given a locker right at the bottom of the locker pile, with no asking me if I was ok to reach down that far. Then I was told to get rid of my bottle of water and that I couldnt take water in. Never in my life have I been denied water in an exam, and the exam room was hot and stuff.I was then told, in front of a huge queue of men, to turn my pockets out. Thankfully I had no sanitary products in there else it would have been humiliating. I wonder what would happen if I started my period during the exam, would I be allowed to leave?I entered the exam room which was full of others, including people talking to their mates really loudly and disturbing my concentration. Nobody from Pearson Vue challenged it.Total lack of attention to diversity, unclear instructions, nobody seemed to understand that they would get their results from reception, and appalling service. I passed the exam but I will never use Pearson Vue again.

Its best if organisations like this go out of Business in the near future.Lies. Shocking customer services and utterly incompetent professional standards.Booked the only test available for months which was some 30 miles away at 8am on a Sunday morning. Turned up to find the centre was closed.Called customer service team and was told by 'Beth' that I should have received an email and it was my fault for turning up. Her attitude, condescending demeanour and overall utter lack of customer service levels was shocking and felt like i was talking to a stroppy teenager.Eventually Beth agreed to look into the issue and confirmed I didn't receive the email and that she would instead rebook my test and send out an email form to refund me for the £85 of taxi fairs wasted because of thier error. No email arrived so contacted customer services. All lines now closed or call disconnects during waiting music.Eventually emailed the customer services team to be told by Jason Moran that he would look into this and solve my issue asap.Weeks later and he emails with a generic response about what a good company Pearson Vue are. How great they are at customer service and that it is entirely my fault for turning up on the day.Utterly shocking, totally unprofessional. Though with rating scores like these I doubt thats a surprise to Pearson Vue.

After reading the reviews I was apprehensive about taking my 3.5 hour PMI PMP exam at the test centre. However I had a pleasant experience. Staff were direct but friendly, efficient and helpful. Toilet was clean and working. Take ID, Turn phone off. Locker provided to lock away personal items. Each examination is in a small booth with a computer screen, within a room, overlooked by an invigilator. Ear plugs can be requested but the room was quiet. Refreshments are not permitted but left outside the room if a drink is required.Only improvements: Silent click Mice required. Computer monitors/screen need updating. Headphones are not noise cancelling.
