It’s a store where you get all your bengali needs. Been their customer for 3 years now.What you get?Fish - Hilsa from Padma Bangladesh, Rohu, Katla, Pabda, Pomfret, Prawns, Magur, Topse, Bata……Fresh Veg - Most of the bengali sakh, kumro, lau, pepe, kochu….Spices and others like Muri, Nolen gur, Tal aer pulp, pitha….They also serve food - Boneless chicken biryani is worth trying. Tastes close to Kolkata biryani.The staff are very friendly.

Worst experience ever! I have ordered items more than a week ago (last Monday) and there was no response from them until I called them in the store. They promised to send the items in 2 days (i.e. Friday) but I got an email saying the delivery will come on Tuesday (I.e. today). When I called the delivery partner they said the items are damaged and now they are waiting from the sender to respond on what to do with the order! I am repeatedly calling the store but no response so far. Can't rate them in negative so giving one star!

I ordered Himsagar mango but it turned out something else, a product of Bangladesh, where there was no mention of Himsagar on the box. Out of 7 mangoes, 2 were completely rotten/inedible and a few were nearly gone. I gave 1* only because the delivery was on time. I am extremely disappointed with my first experience with the store.

Lovely friendly girl on front counter, got a fresh hearty wrap and veg Samosa for only £5!! Was v surprised and great meal for the money. Veg Samosa so good I will definitely return.

very poor experience with itsconv.co.uk site.Ordered some vegetables and mangoes on 6th June, even though the site says next day delivery, but it was delivered only on 11th June. Even for that I had to chase and ask else there was no communication of delivery date.The main issue starts after delivery, there were a few items missing and one item incorrect. But the delivery slip had no mention and obviously, they charged the full. There was no effort from them to fix the issue, I had to message multiple times to get an update. And after a lot of chasing the 2 missing items were sent but the refund is not done yet .So the Gist:- they dont bother to refund or contact you if items are out of stock- the phone number doesn’t work , only WhatsApp, that too takes a lot of chasing- I wouldn’t use them again and cannot recommend to othersUpdate : after this post I finally got a response and money was refunded couple of days later .

Very poor customer service and business ethics. My wife ordered online, delivery came in 2 days but to our surprise many items were missing. Moreover, the frozen items (fish, fish eggs) packaging was very poor. Water was spilling all over from the package when I opened the same. All peeled Jackfruit's were rotten due to poor packaging. The most shocking response from shop owner came when he told that he was aware that many items were missing but didn't bother to notify us before shipping. He left us to spend our time to find out what's missing out of almost 50 items we ordered. Very rude shop owner as when asked about how messy all these was and Shocking experience , his response was simply that he can't take any responsibility. Would recommend to avoid any online orders from this shop!
