Hobbs had a great range of dresses for my wife to try, Laurens customer service was excellent, she was very attentive,but gave us plenty of space to view the products. Great job & sure ee will be back

Lourda and the team was amazing, looked after us and my mother-in-law for her mother of the bride outfits. She loved it and looked amazing but the service was exceptional. Cant recommend lourda enough. Five star service

After wandering around Birmingham looking for a mother of the groom outfit I was disappointed that so many stores had disappeared. I was pointed in the direction of Hobbs which I had not even considered. My disappointment soon disappeared as several options became available. Laura helped me select a beautiful outfit and her help and advice were brilliant. Very happy customer.

I have been purchasing in hobbs and unfortunately I had to return two items due to size issues which I purchased from online but the lady named Sarah she behaved very rudely with my husband when he been to store to return the clothes and we are not at all satisfied with the customer support , just because of their rude behavior I will never ever buy anything from hobbs londin

The elegant and timeless garment selection of clothes in Hobbs speak for themselves however the customer service is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Sarah and the rest of the team make shopping at this store a really great experience. Make sure you pop by next time you are passing through Birmingham New Street train station.
