Complete Energy Certificates

I have been really happy with Complete Energy. Derek always responds quickly, provides a range of quotes and explains the options clearly. His team installed our boiler 7 years ago and have serviced our boiler each year. This month, we asked Derek to quote for a replacement to our ancient thermostat. He responded immediately, gave me three quotes, organised the order of our choice of thermostat. The fitting was done very professionally by Robert. We have been very happy with complete energy and would definitely recommend their services.

Complete Energy Certificates Ltd comes to my home annually to check my boiler. Today, as always, they did not disappoint me and Mo, their engineer who came Today, was the most pleasant, clean and knowledgeable person. Had a leak from the toilet. Cowboy plumber arrived and proceeded to wipe his dirty boots on my hall rug! After 20 mins in the bathroom on his phone he said it was the washer from the cistern. Said he couldn’t change it because the bathroom was too small. Advice to put a pot underneath. Told him to leave and called the company to make a complaint and ensure my Landlord wasn’t charged. They said it wasn’t his job to try and fix it if he couldn’t access the screw. Cowboy plumber working for a cowboy company.ReplyAbsolutely I can provide pictures. If you’d bothered to get back to me as promised I would have sent you them immediately. Ask him where he wiped his feet when he walked into my house. The grey RUG in the hall. No shoe covers at all. He did NOT fix any leak. The cistern is still leaking as much as it did before he came. I was NOT rude to him. I told him there was no point being here if he couldn’t fix it. I also asked for the companies details which he gave me.The leak is under the cistern so not sure how he was looking with his phone when he was standing up.As a company I would expect complaints to be taken seriously and not call customers liars.

Many thanks to Derek and Robert at Complete Energy for such a speedy attendance and professional repair when my heating broke down during and very cold snap recently. A complex problem was swiftly diagnosed and then repaired. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again.

DO NOT USE!! Probably the worst service I’ve ever had. Used them for a call out for a shower: They sent an engineer who walked muddy shoes round my flat. He also didn’t seem to know much about showers.After they left the head office told me the pump was the issue but they didn’t have time to sort it out so told me to look for the pump as it was too hard for them to find. He also told me they weren’t experts in showers in this conversation. I would have rather they told me upfront then accept the call out.I used a different company to sort the issue and they told me the engineer from Complete Energy Certificates had turned the water temperature up so high that it was dangerous. Explaining that if a child was living here they probably would have been scolded. I’d advise anyone to stay away from this company.

I needed an urgent EPC the one on my property had just expired. Derek was able to visit on the day I called and provided the EPC the following day.Derek was extremely pleasant and explained exactly what he was doing and why and how the information was used. He was very punctual in his arrival and communicated well after his visit, emailing and calling to confirm the online work had been done. I wouldnt hesitate to use Derek's services again and I would highly recommend him.

We have used them for more than thirty years. They have always come up with the answer including complete renewals of a fifty year old system in a Victorian terrace property. Excellent customer care, they always look after both property owners and, where rented, they make sure that tenants and agents are properly in the loop and consulted.
