Laura was very quick to reply to my request for a massage and she fit me in at short notice; the massage she gave me was very thorough and actually took her over the allotted time; and it is reassuring that she is very Covid-aware and operates in a very Covid-secure manner. Laura has been coming to me for a while now, before lockdown. She is very professional and has helped me with my sore muscles. I have a great range of movement now. She has also given me some stretches to do between visits.I definitely recommend her.

I had a deep tissue massage by Laura today and this is the third time for me. She has helped me with my lower back pain and it is getting much much better. I am doing the exercises that she recommended and I have found them very helpful. I am glad to have found Laura and will be booking more massages in the future.

Laura is an excellent massage therapist. I started seeing Laura after struggling with a shoulder and arm issue that had been going on for nearly a year. Laura gave me great advise on self care and explained about posture and recommended some helpful stretches. She also delivered amazing results helping my body to let go of months of physical stress and tightness. I started sleeping better, my pain levels reduced and I've felt so much better.

Very good massage and stretching session with Laura, helping me regain flexibility and ROM after my second hip replacement surgery in a year. Slow and difficult recovery from my first replacement surgery but hope with Laura’s help I’m finally turning things round. Laura is very friendly and professional and I immediately felt comfortable and at ease.

Very good massage session from Laura with focus on my lower back, with which I have struggled with injuries for several years. Laura's massage set-up is excellent and she pays great attention to COVID-19 safety measures. Laura also provided me with some exercises to aid in improving my mobility, which I am very grateful for!
