Dean Cross Surgery

I’ve always had good experiences with the drs here .I’m one of those people, having come from a middle class background, and was brought up , where you’d invite the vicar for tea or the dr as everyone in the parish knew one another. So I appreciate the importance of the dr patient relationship .My gp Dr Woodward I find is second to none, I am probably not the easiest patient in the world my health issues make me cranky , argumentative and maybe become easily upset . But dr Woodward has a great ability to connect to her patients and she does make you feel listened to.I think it was only a few months back, I had routine text off her, and bless her I think I was cranky and text back I’m not being looked after I feel neglected.Dr Woodward was right on it and got me support .My last appointment was with Dr Singh , again my first meeting a very sensitive manner , but he was very thorough and very calming , I think he will make a great gp, I do hope it works out for him as his approach was very chill but very thorough .Dr Westwood, dr Holland and you cannot forget dr wills, he should be a tv doctor great charisma .We are extremely lucky that this is our GP thank you all xx

A great practice where all staff typically go above and beyond in the level of care they offer.

I have always found that from the receptionist too the GP's Dean Cross offers excellent care.

Myself and my family have been registered at this surgery for over six years now and we have only ever had a positive experience. The receptionist are very helpful and the Drs from my experience have all been very good. I’ve never been made to feel like a number, always a valued patient.
