Not sure how these people get more than one star. The staff are fine, but the company clearly isn't. My mother was traveling with a broken leg and was left waiting for an hour for someone to help her off the plane. Absolute joke of a company that clearly can't provide the service they are contrated to do. It's clear Heathrow went with the lowest tender to save money, and it shows. Avoid any airport that uses this company for disability assistance unless you want to be left on the plane.

Had terrible service at T5 on 2 occasions, six months apart. This is what happens when a service is outsourced 'to a third party'.They need to compare with the service provided in other parts of the world to realise the issues with their service

disgusting ill mannered rude and incompetent receptionist at sloughcustomer service is zero cut me off three times whilst giving her my details called again no answer only rang to find out the status of job applicationcolleage of mine attended an interview and was told there wasnt parking permits for staff either....if this is the telephone service theres no hope ....avoid avoid avoid

Place is a joke! 6-7 hours for a gate pass. Security stamp all over your truck, seats, bed to ‘inspect it’ before allowing you airside! Disgusting treatment of delivery drivers.

The staff in there all the time was very nice with me and coperativ and helpfull with me (late, missed booking etc). I can not say any bad things. I hope I can keep this nice connection with them. But anyway they still have to do a proper job so the another part stay as a security staf.

Just shocking. Left my mother alone for hours leading to her missing her flight. This company should lose their contract - I don't know how they are allowed to treat disabled air passengers with such low dignity and service.

Excellent location. However proper sinage and labelling is missing for most businesses in that location, making some businesses hard to find.
