As a new patient I was impressed especially with the way they are dealing with the covid rules. The Receptionist was very friendly & helpful, good sense of humour. The same with the nurse that saw me. Again very friendly & helpful, she also had a good sense of humour. My impression was of a very professionally run department, welcoming & friendly. I also found the phone system easy to use, the website well organized. The only problem I had with the website was abit tricky on moving between fields, though it might be me due to arthritis! All in all a good experience.
