The first dealings I've ever had with this company to is to serve me with a section 21 to make me and my family homeless so I can only give a minimum rating I'm afraid

If there was an option to put a 0 star rating I would. I was introduced to this letting agency threw path, and on my first meeting to let a property I was shown nothing but disrispect by Mike Clark not only by personal insults but was accused of being late for are meeting even tho I was there 15 mins before are appointment. On my second encounter I was viewing a property and noticed that there was some furniture items I did not wish to have in the property when I moved in. As I told them I wanted an unfurnished flat as I have all my own things. I asked if they could be removed and was told no following that I then continued by asking if it would be possable for me to put them into storage in the flat and was rudely refused and told that due to the request I had asked. I obviously didn't want the property and that he would not house me. How I was treated and spoken to by Mike Clark was no less than what was on the bottom of his shoe. I was treated with disrespect and like I wasn't worth anything. It is discusting behaviour and I'm surprised that he still has a job or any tenants. going off the the way I was treated and the unreasonable attitude of Mike Clark I can only come to one conclusion that being forced to keep company furniture in the property I wished to rent was a move to withhold my deposit upon the end of my posable tenancy. Due to my experiences with Mike Clark I can only say if you are a new tenant looking for a trusted landlord in my opinion I would stay well clear...........
