Seasalt Cornwall

I recently visited this store with my sister and cousin and a friend. I thought the merchandise was super and bought 2 items I am thrilled with. My cousin also bought some things. What really made this store stand out were the superb staff in that day. The manager was delightful and so caring, as were all her team. They all really went the extra mile, and having been in retail myself, I know that they do these with all their customers. My cousin and I had walked for several minutes back to where we parked the car when we suddenly heard a hello and turned round to see one member of the team with a necklace which had been left out of the bag of shopping. Thank you so much to that lovely young girl - not every shop would have done that. I visit Pembrokeshire once a year and though we stay in St Davids- we will all be back to spend more money and see such delightful people again!

After my annual holiday to Tenby. I visited Sea Salt to purchase on 2 occasions. Served by Lalya. What a delightful professional lady. Certainly a credit to the company.I hope to see lovely Layla next year x

I love visiting the Oxford branch of this shop, but the Tenby branch not so, one of the staff members was pushy/ followed me around, made her presence felt, I'm on holiday and want to relax not feel stressed. It totally put me off buying what I wanted. Maybe some customer training would be good.

After an incident with a seagull your staff came to my rescue, thank you so much.I later returned to purchase a dress again really helpful.Staff deserve a payrise.Thank you once again

My husband and I popped in this shop on Tuesday, my husband went in one direction myself in another, I turned around, he was being lead to the men's section by a very pushy older woman, I was looking forward to buying a new outfit as an anniversary gift, less than a minute later we both walked to the back of the shop, my husband was looking at a jacket, she pounced again, giving him a full description of the jacket, unamused we left, I think she would be better selling cars on a forecourt, she lost a sale by her pushy attitude, which is a shame as we live in tenby , needless to say we won't be returning.

The two young ladies could not have been more pleasant or attentive. A pleasing experience. Clearly the previous reviewer was hard to please!
